One Time Employee Engagement Review

We begin by reviewing and developing your existing people plan. Next, we then run one company wide survey via Engagement Multiplier, that is open for two weeks and looks to gather feedback around your purpose, senior leadership, management, teams, customers and individuals. We also ask a range of bespoke, custom questions which are specific to your business. The Réncái  team will then analyse results, present findings and support you to design a business change plan.

12 Month Employee Engagement Programme

Our no.1 best seller 2019/20. The first stage of the programme is to analyse and develop your existing people strategy. Using this data we then run quarterly business wide surveys, along with monthly pulse surveys to guide people projects and improve performance. All surveys come with consultancy support from the Réncái team including: onboarding, people metrics, communication, results analysis and presentation and finally, change plans. We also support business leaders and managers to improve people management capability.

Bespoke Workshop

We have experience of delivering leadership development sessions up to 20 managers at any one time however, we recommend our clients to have a maximum of 10 delegates. Each workshop is created to suit the development needs of both the business and participants. Historically, we have delivered sessions on topics included: delivering feedback, goal setting, performance management, communication, growth mindset and more.

Leadership Development Programme

Our leadership development programmes are typically delivered over a period of 6-12 months dependant on our clients need. We aim to improve people management capability, emotional intelligence and performance of individual teams. Our interventions are monthly or quarterly, including a range of group, 1-1 and remote sessions. During the design phase we take the time to understand what each client is looking to achieve and design a programme off the back of our analysis.
